Find your everyday pace
A good rotation starts with the way you actually move. Make room for the little miles, too.

Start where you are
Not every outing needs a target. A walk before work, a few kilometres with a friend, or a new way home can be enough. Start with the routes that already belong to your day and notice what feels good.
Build a rotation around real life
Think about the ground you cover most often and the time you spend on your feet. Your daily pair should work for those moments first. Add more specialised options when your routine asks for them.
Leave room for a slower day
Consistency includes rest. Give your footwear time to air between wears, check it for signs of wear, and enjoy movement at a pace that works for you.
