Follow a different turn
A change of scenery can change the shape of a day. Choose a nearby path you have not explored, check the conditions, and let the route be the reason to get outside.
Take only what you need
Keep plans simple. Dress for the weather, carry water when appropriate, and choose footwear suited to the ground. Tell someone your route if you are heading somewhere remote.
Bring the feeling home
You do not need a whole weekend to make room for the outdoors. A small detour can become a ritual worth repeating.
